When you create a Mira account, we collect:

If you choose to connect your Patreon account:

Your Patreon user ID
Your current pledge tier and status
The date you connected your account

We do not store your Patreon email, payment information, or any financial data. Patreon access tokens are stored server-side in encrypted form and are used only to verify your membership tier.

2.5 Technical Data

We may automatically collect:

Operating system
IP address (for security and abuse prevention)
Error logs and crash reports (via Sentry)

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics beyond what is described here.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 AI Queries

Queries you submit to Mira are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your queries with third parties beyond what is required to operate the Service.

3.2 Anonymized Insights

We may generate anonymized, aggregated reports about game popularity, query trends, and platform usage. These reports contain no personally identifiable information and may be shared with board game publishers or the community.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Vercel — hosting and serverless functions
Sentry — error monitoring
Patreon — membership verification (when you connect your account)

Each provider is bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable privacy laws.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Mira, its users, or the public.

4.3 Business Transfers

If Cita de Juegos is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this occurs.

Mira integrates with and links to third-party services (BoardGameGeek, Patreon, etc.). This Privacy Policy does not cover those services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
